Can I order a video without ordering photos?
No, all video services (walkthroughs and reels) are add-on services and must be purchased with a standard photography package or standalone drone photography. This ensures Rick is already on-site with the proper equipment to capture the footage efficiently. Contact Rick if you have questions about bundling options.
Are the walkthrough videos branded or unbranded?
For the Cinematic Walkthroughs, we provide an unbranded version to comply with strict MLS and Zillow regulations. If you request it, we can also provide a branded version (with your logo and contact info) for you to use on YouTube and your personal website.
What's the difference between the $50 and $75 reel options?
The $50 Standard Reel focuses on interior highlights and property features captured during the photo shoot. The $75 Drone Reel includes FAA-licensed aerial footage showing the property from above, neighborhood context, and approach shots—plus 3-6 low-altitude drone still images. Choose drone reels for properties with pools, large lots, scenic views, or when you want that cinematic aerial opening shot.
What format is the video delivered in?
Cinematic Walkthroughs are delivered as horizontal 16:9 MP4 files. Social Media Reels are delivered as vertical 9:16 MP4 files (1080x1920 resolution)—the exact specifications required by Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook Stories. Both are delivered via Google Drive the next day. Simply download them to your computer or phone and upload them directly to your preferred platforms.
Can I add my own music or branding to the reel?
Videos are delivered with royalty-free background music that's safe to post on any platform. If you prefer to add trending audio or your own music to your social reels, you can easily do this when uploading to Instagram or TikTok using their built-in tools. Custom agent branding (intro/outro) will be available soon—contact Rick to be an early adopter.
How long does it take to receive my video?
Videos are delivered the next day along with your photos via Google Drive. Rick prioritizes quick turnaround so you can start marketing your listing on social media and the MLS right away.
What if I need revisions or a different edit?
Rick creates each video to highlight the property's best features based on his professional judgment. If you have specific rooms or features you want emphasized, let Rick know before the shoot. Minor revision requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
