The base rate is $50 for properties up to 3,500 sq ft (when booked with a standard photo package). For larger luxury properties, it is just $25 for every additional 1,000 sq ft increment.
Why do I need a Professional account initially?
To give you the highest quality marketing asset, Rick uses a high-end Matterport Pro2 camera. Matterport's system requires the destination account to be at the Professional tier ($69) to process high-resolution HDR data from this specific camera. Once processed, it can live on a lower-tier account indefinitely.
Can I get 2D Floor Plans from my Matterport tour?
Yes! Because you own the account, you can order highly accurate 2D schematic floor plans directly through your Matterport dashboard for just $14.99. This is a massive savings compared to third-party providers who upcharge this to $50-$95.
What happens when the house sells?
